长期的租金支出和旅游消费产业的不确定性促使整体的业态需要重新进行调整，而更新后的业态配比和建造费用的成本控制成为此次设计的策略要点。

The long-term rental expenditure and the uncertainty of the tourism industry make the overall format need to be readjusted, and the updated format ratio and the cost control of construction cost become the key points of the design strategy.
